ARRANGE PAYMENTS
We have a variety of fee arrangements to ensure payment of any portion not covered by insurance is affordable. We also do payment options for braces. For our ortho patients, we offer payment plans to fit every budget. We also offer Care Credit and Lending Club, which serves as credit cards that can be used for dental and medical as well.
INSURANCE PLANS
We accept most major private insurance plans and will assist you in determining what portion of treatment is covered by insurance. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. We also accept Medicaid and Chip.

TREATMENT PLAN
Assistants and Dr. Bello set up a treatment plan for each patient and our front staff helps each patient coordinate treatment and offer payment plans.
CHILDREN
We take kids starting from one year old.
RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
If patients arrive 15 minutes past their appointment time, we rescheduled so that other patients are not inconvenienced. If canceled on the same day of the appointment, a $50 fee will be charged out to the patient.
